I help clients create experiences that embody their vision so audiences don’t just hear the message… they feel it.
I guided the creation of an “Integration Room” to deepen the impact of a client’s conference. By giving attendees space to let the mainstage messages move from head knowledge into heart knowledge (instead of rushing from one idea to the next) participants could pause, breathe, and allow the content to sink in - turning information into transformation.
Collaborating with a team of heart-forward creatives we offered prompts for self-reflection, a participatory art installation, a meditation corner, and an ofrenda designed by a curandera to honor the event’s cultural context and timing.

Results
The Integration Room became a living work of art. Attendees filled the space with hand-drawn and written offerings, the collaborative art installation reached full participation, and feedback was deeply positive. Participants left feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful for a place to integrate the conference experience.
Behind the scenes, both client stakeholders and creative collaborators reported a sense of meaning, excitement for attendees to experience the offering, and hopes to work on something similar together again. Cheers to that! I would always reply.
The Whole Story
The Opportunity
The client requested my assistance to evaluate the attendee experience plan and identify gaps. Together, we found that the event lacked a supportive space and activities for integrating its conceptual and emotional content. Attendees needed a place for quiet reflection, processing the conference’s impact, and considering their next steps.
The Creative Solution
We approached the solution in two ways: 1) giving attendees a journal with guided prompts and a printed “emotions wheel” to gently support self-reflection throughout the event, and 2) creating a welcoming “Integration Room” where an attendee could pause and integrate the experience.
The Process
I partnered closely with event leadership to uncover the deeper needs of attendees and the emotional flow of the conference. Grounded in this understanding, I designed experiences that helped participants move through the event’s story arc with care and intention. I guided the creative vision from initial concept to final execution, collaborating with both in-house and contracted creatives, and directed the onsite installation to ensure every detail supported the intended impact.
Takeaway
People are drawn to experiences that feel personal and meaningful - something that marks their presence, connects to their hopes, and affirms that their being matters.
Takeaway
When we engage the deeper story beneath the content, we can create throughlines that help participants truly integrate what they’ve received. Deep work leads to deep results.
